Signature Golf Trips, LLC (“SGT,” “we,” “us”) plans golf trips and books lodging and golf with independent suppliers. We are not the golf course, the hotel, the airline, the rental-car company, or the owner of a vacation house. Questions go to info@signaturegolftrips.com.

Requesting a quote, paying a share, or using the site means you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. You must be at least 18. If you book for a group, you have authority to agree for those travelers.

A quote is an offer based on what suppliers have told us. Availability and price can change until a supplier issues a confirmation number. That confirmation number is what confirms the reservation. A quote email, a payment page, or a deposit by itself is not that confirmation.

A package covers the lodging and golf described in the confirmed quote. Travel to the destination, flights, meals, club rental, caddies, and fees the quote does not list are yours to arrange and pay.

Each golfer may pay their own share on the payment page, in the currency of the destination. A deposit holds the planning. The remainder is due 60 days before the trip start date.

If that final payment is not received by the deadline, the deposit is not refunded and that person is removed from the itinerary.

More than 60 days before the trip, amounts you paid are refundable only to the extent the supplier also refunds the booking funds SGT has already paid. If the supplier keeps any of those funds, that portion is not refunded.

Inside 60 days of the trip, a refund is reviewed case by case and is at SGT’s discretion. There is no guaranteed refund in that window.

A missed tee time, an early departure, an unused night, or a shortened round is not refunded. Play on temporary tees or greens, a cart-path-only day, and a buggy ban are part of outdoor golf and are not refunded.

Weather is a risk you accept. We do not guarantee playing conditions. If a partner, typically the golf course, closes because of weather and does not charge SGT for that round, we refund only that round’s share of the package price. Lodging and the other rounds stay paid. If the course charges us, or the round is played in any form, that share stays paid.

If one person leaves the group, the cost of the lodging and golf is reallocated across the people who remain, and their price can go up. A replacement golfer may take the open spot. The person who arranged the trip is the one who asks for a change, by email to info@signaturegolftrips.com.

Suppliers have their own rules. If a hotel, rental house, golf course, transportation company, or equipment provider removes you for breaking those rules, including a party at a rental or being removed from a course, no refund is issued. Damage, fines, and extra charges from that supplier are yours.

When a supplier needs to collect damage, an amount still due, a fine, a security deposit, or a similar charge, we may give that supplier the group leader’s name, email, and phone. The group leader is the person who arranged the trip.

Care of your equipment is yours. SGT is not liable for clubs or other gear that are stolen, lost, or damaged, including from a rental car, a hotel, or a course.

Flights and all other travel to the destination are yours. A delayed or canceled flight, a missed connection, or a decision not to travel is not a reason for a refund from SGT. Passports, identification, and permission to enter the destination, including Canada, are yours. If you are refused entry, that is not a refund from SGT.

Travel insurance is highly recommended. You choose the provider. SGT does not sell insurance and does not recommend a specific policy.

If a confirmed supplier cannot provide the lodging or the round, we will look for a reasonable substitute. If we cannot replace it, we refund the share we actually recover from that supplier. We are not responsible for flights or other plans you made around the trip.

We are not liable for delay or cancellation caused by events outside our control, including severe weather, fire, natural disaster, pandemic, government action, strike, or a supplier closing.

Golf and travel have inherent risks, including terrain, carts, weather, and altitude. You accept those risks. To the extent the law allows, SGT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid SGT for that booking.

You will cover claims against SGT that come from your breach of these terms, your conduct on the trip, or damage you cause at a supplier’s property.

The site, the logo, the writing, and the itineraries we prepare belong to Signature Golf Trips, LLC. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. If one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
