What we collect
A trip request includes your name, email, phone, destination, dates, player count, and any note you write. The contact form includes your name, email, and message. The footer list includes a first name and email if you join it.
A payment includes the name and email you type and the amount. Stripe processes the card. We do not store the card number. We keep the payment record for that quote: who paid, how much, and what is still due.
How we use it
We use this information to reply, build a quote, take a payment, send the quote email, and run the trip. The footer list is only for occasional notes about trips. Joining it is optional, and it is separate from booking.
We do not send marketing text messages. A phone number on a trip request is for the quote and the trip.
Who else handles it
Stripe processes payments. Resend sends email. Firebase stores the trip and catalog records. Vercel hosts the site and counts page views with Vercel Web Analytics. Those companies use the information only to provide that service. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Hotels, courses, and other suppliers receive the guest details they need to hold the reservation. Some trips are in Canada. Information for those trips is used to arrange that booking.
When a supplier needs to collect damage, an amount still due, a fine, a security deposit, or a similar charge, we may give that supplier the group leader’s name, email, and phone. The group leader is the person who arranged the trip.
How long we keep it
We keep quote, booking, and payment records for as long as we need them to run the trip and keep our books. You can ask us to delete a newsletter signup or a contact message.
Ask us
Email info@signaturegolftrips.com to ask what we have, to correct it, or to request a deletion we can make without breaking a booking or a legal record. The terms cover bookings and refunds. The contact page is the place to write us.
